License Policy

In order to activate and use plugins developed by COMPYGO, a license key will need to be entered in the configuration section of the plugin. One license key is valid for one WordPress installation, which may have an associated development websites. When purchasing an plugin you have to enter the domain which you use to access the WordPress dashboard. Once a license key has been issued by COMPYGO it is valid for lifetime and thus it is not possible to transfer the license to a new installation or domain.

Update Policy

Our plugins  include 12 months of complimentary updates and support. After the first 12 months the access to updates and support will be closed, but it will be possbile to download a latest version of a plugin that was released at least at the end of 12 months.

It is recommended to purchase an updated plugin with a new license to keep on using the plugin after the first 12 months - all licenses issued are valid for lifetime. 

Bugs

We recommend to install ANY plugin you purchase/download (not just limited to ours) in a testing environment before deploying it to your production environment. Please also backup your WordPress installation (files and database) before installing any plugin and make sure no conflicting plugins are installed.

Compatibility

All COMPYGO plugins were tested in clean WordPress installations without third party plugins and we can't guarantee for compatibility with third party plugins. If you are unsure whether our plugins are compatible with already installed plugins, please contact us before your purchase. We cannot refund purchases because of incompatibility with third party plugins.

Source Code

Plugins developed by COMPYGO are not encrypted. 100% of the source code is open source and no code is obfuscated / encrypted.

Returns and Refunds

Since COMPYGO is offering non-tangible irrevocable (i.e. open-source and downloadable) goods no refunds can be issued, as all of our products are open-source and license keys are valid for lifetime. If you're worried about compatibility with other plugins  installed in your website, please do not hesitate to contact us before your purchase, providing a list of all installed plugins, and we will be happy to confirm whether there will be conflicts or not, making this a safe purchase for you. Also, if you're worried about features or how something works - always check out the demos!
