This inventory management application (the “App”) is owned and operated by Deniss Kolesins. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use the App. We are committed to a “privacy-first” approach, collecting only the data necessary to provide, secure, and improve our services.
2. Information Collection and Third-Party Services
To provide core functionality, authentication, cloud backups, error monitoring, and user support, the App integrates the following third-party services:
A. Authentication & User Accounts
- Data Collected: Email address, unique user ID, and login credentials/tokens.
- Purpose: To manage user registration, secure authentication, and control access to your account.
- Provider: Amazon Web Services (AWS).
B. Cloud & Local Data Storage (AWS & Google Drive)
- Local Storage: Inventory data you create is primarily stored locally on your device.
- AWS S3: Media files or cloud-synced assets are stored securely using AWS S3 infrastructure.
- Google Drive (Optional): The App offers an optional backup feature using Google Drive. This connection occurs directly between your device and Google. The developer never has access to your Google credentials or drive files.
C. Error Monitoring & Diagnostics (Sentry)
- Data Collected: Application crash logs, stack traces, device model, operating system version, and performance metadata.
- Purpose: To identify technical issues, fix bugs, and improve App stability.
- Note: Sentry does not collect or store your private inventory contents.
D. Customer Support & Communication (Crisp)
- Data Collected: IP address, device type, support chat logs, and any contact information (such as your email address) you voluntarily provide.
- Purpose: To facilitate support communication and resolve technical issues.

E. Subscription Management (RevenueCat)
- We use RevenueCat to process and manage in-app subscriptions and verify purchases. RevenueCat processes purchase tokens and user identifiers on our behalf to manage your subscription status.

3. Device Permissions The App may request:
- Internet Access: For Google Drive backups and Crisp support chat.
- Storage: To manage local inventory files.
- Camera: (Optional) If used for barcode scanning.
4. Data Deletion & Account Closure
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time:
- In-App Data Deletion: You can delete your local inventory data at any time within the App’s settings.
- Account & Support Data Deletion: To request the complete deletion of your AWS account, cloud backups, or Crisp chat history, please send an email to [email protected] or use the in-app chat with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
- Revoking Google Drive Access: If you enabled Google Drive backups, you can revoke access at any time via your Google Account Security Settings.
- Processing Time: Deletion requests for accounts and support logs are processed within 7 business days.
