1. Overview
This mobile application (the “App”) is operated by Deniss Kolesins (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use the App. We are committed to a “privacy-first” approach, collecting only the data necessary to provide, secure, and improve our services.
2. Information Collection and Third-Party Services
To provide core functionality, authentication, cloud backups, subscription processing, error monitoring, and user support, the App integrates third-party services as outlined below:
A. Authentication & User Accounts (Google Sign-In & AWS)
- Data Collected: Data Collected: Email address, user name, profile picture, unique user ID (OAuth identifier), and secure authentication tokens.
- Purpose: To manage user registration, personalize profile display within the App, provide secure authentication, and control access to your account.
- Providers: Google OAuth (for identity verification) and Amazon Web Services (for account management).
- Note: We do not access, request, or store your Google Account password.
B. Data Storage & Media Files (Google Drive & AWS)
- Free Mode: Your inventory data and images are stored locally on your mobile device. If you enable the optional Google Drive backup feature, data is backed up directly to your personal Google Drive storage. This transfer occurs directly between your device and Google servers; we do not have access to your Google credentials, Drive files, or stored backups.
- Paid Subscription Mode: If you subscribe to the paid tier, your inventory records and uploaded media/images are securely synced, hosted, and stored using Amazon Web Services infrastructure to enable backend cloud synchronization across devices.
C. Subscription & Billing Management
- Data Collected: Anonymous app user identifiers, purchase history, active subscription status, and billing transaction tokens.
- Purpose: To verify purchase status, validate entitlements, manage active subscriptions, and unlock paid backend features.
- Processors: Secure third-party subscription management platforms/SDKs and Google Play Billing.
- Note: All financial transactions, payment card details, and billing processing are handled exclusively by Google Play. We do not collect, process, or store financial or credit card information.
D. Error Monitoring & Diagnostics
- Note: Diagnostic reporting tools do not access, collect, or store your private inventory contents or uploaded personal photos.
- Data Collected: Application crash logs, stack traces, device model, operating system version, and performance metadata.
- Purpose: To identify technical issues, diagnose application bugs, and improve overall App stability.
- Processors: Third-party crash reporting and performance monitoring service providers.
E. Customer Support & Communication (Crisp)
- Data Collected: IP address, device type, operating system, support chat logs, and any email address or contact info you voluntarily provide.
- Purpose: To facilitate in-app support communications and resolve technical inquiries.
- Privacy Policy: You can review Crisp’s privacy policy at https://crisp.chat/en/privacy/.
3. Device Permissions The App may request:
The App may request the following permissions on your mobile device to function properly:
- Internet Access: Required for cloud synchronization (paid mode), Google Drive backups, subscription verification, and Crisp support chat.
- Storage / Photos Access: Required to save local inventory records and select images for item uploads.
- Camera (Optional): Required only if you use the camera to capture item photos or scan barcodes within the App.

- Processing Time: Account and server data deletion requests are processed within 7 business days, after which all associated personal records are permanently erased from our primary databases.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures (including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit and encrypted storage at rest via AWS) to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure.
